Prices are in AUD. Free needs no card and does not expire. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
The free plan includes up to 500 MCP lookups a month. Paid plans use their full allowance. Upgrade your plan.

Why there is a Supporter plan
The free plan is paid for by the people who use the service and want it to stay. For $5 a month, you get 10,000 lookups and 500 parses per key a month, 2 keys and the AI assistant tools, and pay for a share of the servers and the quarterly data loads. Free stays free; CSV files and AI assistants are the paid extras.
How counting works
A lookup is one successful request to the search, address, nearest, postcode or suburb endpoints, whatever it returns; a search with no matches still counts. Only successful lookups count. Requests refused at the rate limit and server errors do not. Upgrades apply at once, downgrades at the period end. Validation errors cost nothing. A parse is one address string split into parts. CSV rows are rows in a file job.
Lookup, parse and CSV allowances are per key and reset at 00:00 UTC on the first of each month. Successful parses use only the parse allowance. Bulk requests count once per query and CSV jobs once per successfully processed row against their applicable allowances.
Requests over a limit receive HTTP 429 with Retry-After. Upgrades apply at once with a prorated charge and the full monthly allowance. Downgrades apply at the period end; the higher monthly allowance remains until the next monthly reset. Keys, limits and response headers.
Questions about billing
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Lookups stop until the first of the month. You get an email at 80 per cent and at 100 per cent, and the account page shows the reset time. Supporter and above can be bought mid-month and apply at once.
Is GST included?

Can I pay yearly?
Annual plans: two months free. Yearly plans bill once a year through the same Stripe checkout. Allowances still reset each calendar month.
Where are invoices?
